Davita has signed a long-term lease deal with Eagle Valley Realty for a new dialysis center in East Stroudsburg, PA. This will be Davita’s second location in East Stroudsburg. Davita will occupy that space formerly Blockbuster Video.
The “street retail” property is located at the intersection of Frankford & Cottman Avenues. The 17,000 sq. ft. property is currently leased by Hertz, AT&T Wireless, H&R Block, Mattress World, DayCare Facility and The Gold Exchange.
